HR full form is Human Resources. Human resource is a term that specifies a person who manages to build up a workforce for an organization, i.e employee of the company is considered as the resources for that particular company. The person who has been given the responsibility to recruit the candidates for the organization, Handling and managing the recruitment process, providing direction to the newly joined candidate in a planned manner, is an HR Manager.

Human Resource Management ( HRM) is considered as the most important department in a company as without having quality employees a company can not run and achieve the required goals. Employees are an asset to the organization. There are more chances of a company to succeed if its workforce is honest and determined for the work. Employees are the assets for the organization so they must be hired, satisfied and retained.
