HR full form is Human Resources. Human resource is a term that specifies a person who manages to build up a workforce for an organization, i.e employee of the company is considered as the resources for that particular company. The person who has been given the responsibility to recruit the candidates for the organization, Handling and managing the recruitment process, providing direction to the newly joined candidate in a planned manner, is an HR Manager.
